Our Story
The Contractor Behind Your New Jersey Remodel
YS Construction LLC is a residential contractor in New Jersey with ten years of experience. Joel Sanchez owns the company and runs the projects. The work starts with home remodeling: kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling and full interior renovations. The rest of the services grew around that.
Five service lines run through the same company. Home remodeling, painting, flooring installation, remodeling plumbing and hardscaping. A homeowner redoing a bathroom does not need three separate contractors. One company covers the plumbing, the tile, the paint and the trim on the same job schedule.
Joel Sanchez is on the job sites, not behind a desk. A homeowner talks to the owner of the company instead of a salesperson. Every estimate is free and put in writing before any demolition begins. That has not changed in ten years of work.
