No. Every estimate is free, and there's no obligation after you get it. We'll walk the space, go over what you want done and put the scope, the materials and the price in writing. If the number doesn't work for you, that's fine. We won't chase you with weekly calls.

Often, yes. Permits in New Jersey are handled at the municipal level, so the requirements change from one town to the next. Structural changes, electrical and plumbing work usually trigger one. We'll tell you what your project needs and pull the permits for you when the job calls for it.

We handle both in house. The practical difference shows up in the calendar. With separate contractors, the flooring installation shows up before the painter is finished.
